Terms and Conditions

1. Sale of Construction and Landscaping Materials

  • Once a purchase is made, will be considered final.

  • Materials (such as sand, gravel, soil, mulch, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered, due to their bulk nature.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the type and quantity of materials ordered are correct before confirming the purchase.

2. Delivery of Materials Purchased from Third Parties

  • We offer delivery services for materials purchased from other suppliers, as long as those materials are compatible with our dumping method.

  • Delivery is made exclusively using our hydraulic tilt system, from the dumpster transported by our truck.

  • We do not perform manual unloading.

  • Materials will be dumped at the closest accessible point to the location requested, provided it is accessible to our truck with the dumpster.

  • If the delivery location is not accessible, materials will be dumped at the nearest location where the vehicle can maneuver safely.

3. Dumpster Rental

  • The listed price covers dumpster rental for a period of 24 hours, and includes:

    • Dumpster rental

    • Delivery

    • Pickup

  • It does not include the final disposal fee (dumping fee), which is calculated based on the type and weight of the waste, according to Miami-Dade County regulations.

  • The customer is responsible for loading their own waste into the dumpster in a safe and proper manner. Our service does not include loading the dumpster.

💳 Payments and Additional Charges (Dumpsters Only)

  • During the checkout process for dumpster rentals, you will be required to authorize card data storage via our secure payment system (Stripe).

  • This authorization is needed to process a second charge once the dumpster is emptied at the landfill.

  • This second charge reflects the actual final disposal fee, which will be determined by the landfill based on the type and weight of the materials.

  • You will be notified by email of the exact amount of the second charge as soon as it is confirmed by the landfill.

  • If you do not authorize payment method storage, you will be asked to complete a temporary $1 transaction to enable future billing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing a suitable and safe location for material or dumpster delivery.

  • The delivery area must be free of obstacles and accessible to large vehicles.

  • Customers can schedule delivery at their convenience. For example, you can place an order on Monday and request delivery for Wednesday.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Property damage resulting from customer instructions about the delivery point if those instructions require driving over fragile surfaces (e.g., lawns, sidewalks, narrow driveways).

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on this website.
